* The Client may issue no more than one card of each Visa product. Issuance of two or more cards of the same product is not permitted.
** The remaining funds in the card account are returned to the Client 30 days from the date of card closure.

****** A claim is submitted in the form of an “Application for Disputing a Transaction”, together with the maximum amount of information required for the investigation (transaction date, amount, merchant name, receipt, etc.). The application for disputing a transaction must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of the transaction. The bank fee for processing a transaction dispute will be debited from the Client’s card account against which the disputed transaction was processed, regardless of the outcome of the dispute. The fee is charged in the national currency at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan applicable on the date of the transaction.
