Borrower

Individuals, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aged from 21 to 60 years, where 60 years is the maximum age as of the application submission date for issuing a credit card, officially employed and having official income from their activities for a period of at least the last 6 months as of the application review date

Terms of Credit Limit Usage

If the credit limit is not used within 60 calendar days from the date of its opening, the Bank has the right to reduce the credit limit amount to 0

Interest rate on current debt multiplied by 1,5 times

Fee for non-grace period* transactions

Through Apex Bank:
- 2% commission for the transaction + 1% for the transfer

Through other banks:

Billing period

Until the 1st day of the calendar month, the first billing period for the credit card is calculated from the date of the first spending transaction to the 1st day of the following month

Payment date

No later than the 25th day of each month following the month in which spending transactions using credit funds on the credit card were made

Minimum monthly payment

A payment charged to the credit card holder on the 1st day of each month in the amount of 4.5% of the outstanding principal debt as of the last day of the previous month + accrued interest for the actual period of use

Repayment method

Credit card account top-up via the mobile application and cash desks of JSC "APEX BANK" or by any other available methods

Conditions for suspension of the credit limit

In case of non-payment or late payment of the minimum payment, the credit card will be blocked until the overdue interest and the principal loan debt are fully repaid

Method of securing performance of loan obligations

Bank insurance of the risk of non-repayment of the loan (credit limit)

Loan collateral

Insurance policy against the risk of loan non-repayment, providing coverage in the amount of 50% of the established credit limit, is issued for the amount of the coverage and is paid by the Bank

Additional insurance

Borrower’s life insurance policy for the credit card, providing coverage in the amount of 75% (80% for Bank-affiliated persons) of the established credit limit, and is paid for by the Bank

Credit history requirements

Positive credit history; absence of credit history is acceptable
no outstanding overdue debt on previously obtained loans as of the date of credit application review, according to credit bureau reports and other supporting documents/sources
no indication of delinquency risk on all previously obtained loans

Borrower Requirements*

Confirmation of income data from business activities and other income of the borrower not prohibited by applicable law through external information sources
no outstanding debt in the database of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Exception: debt of less than 2 million UZS is allowed if it is not formed under obligations to banks, microcredit, and insurance organizations
not included in the Bank’s/other banks’ or organizations’ blacklist
the borrower’s employer is not included in the Bank’s blacklist of legal entities

Identity document

Debt burden ratio

The ratio of all average monthly payments on all active loans of the Borrower (including monthly payments on the requested loan with the Bank) to the Borrower’s average monthly net income (after deduction of all taxes and other mandatory payments), where the Borrower’s debt burden ratio (index) must not exceed 50% including the requested loan (calculation example: average monthly payments on all active loans / average monthly net income * 100 = n% debt burden)

Debt-to-income ratio

The ratio of the total principal debt under the Borrower’s loans to the amount of the Borrower’s average monthly income:
- when using income confirmed by relevant documents and information, the Borrower’s debt-to-income ratio must not exceed
- 8 times, if it is possible to determine average monthly income
- 5 times, if it is not possible to determine average monthly income

Product risk appetite indicator

The share of NPL under the product must not exceed 4% of the loan portfolio of this credit product

Credit limit

From UZS 1 000 000 to UZS 50 000 000 (inclusive); up to UZS 20 000 000 (inclusive) in the absence of a credit history

Credit limit for employees, payroll project participants, and white-listed clients of JSC "APEXBANK"

From UZS 1 000 000 to UZS 100 000 000 (inclusive); up to UZS 20 000 000 (inclusive) in the absence of a credit history

Interest-free (grace) period

Up to 55 calendar days
During this period, no interest is charged on the use of the credit limit, provided that grace transactions are made and the debt is repaid on time in accordance with the bank’s terms and conditions

* Requirements for the Borrower, credit history criteria, and approaches to calculating the debt burden ratio are determined by the Bank’s internal regulatory document governing the lending procedure for individuals.
The Bank reserves the right to make decisions, including the following:
- the final amount and other terms of the approved loan, as well as the possibility of approving the requested loan in general, depend on the internal requirements of the automated decision-making system, including: segmentation by income level, credit history, gender and age factors, availability and completeness of income verification services, credit history data, and other external data sources;
- Articles 8 and 61 of the Law “On Banks and Banking Activities” provide that banks are independent in making decisions on banking operations and that relations between banks and their clients are based on contractual agreements.
