***A dispute request must be submitted in the form of a “Transaction Dispute Application” with the maximum set of data required for the investigation (transaction date, amount, merchant name, receipt, etc.). The application for disputing a transaction must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the transaction. The bank’s fee for processing the dispute will be charged to the card account from which the disputed transaction was made, regardless of the dispute outcome.
