Attention: Fraudsters Have Become More Active We have identified cases of fraud in other commercial banks targeting corporate clients.
Fraudsters are distributing PDF and APK files containing malicious code. Once these files are opened, unauthorized access to workstations and electronic digital signatures (EDS) is obtained.

We recommend that you:
- do not open attachments or files received from unknown or suspicious sources;
- verify the sender, even if the message appears to be official.

Enhancement of Internet Banking Security
As of February 1, 2026, mandatory two-factor authentication for payment transactions will be introduced in Internet Banking (RBO) using a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS.
This measure will significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized transactions.

If you refuse to enable OTP
In this case, you are required to submit to the Bank, by February 1, 2026, a completed and signed questionnaire confirming your acceptance of the associated risks.
The questionnaire form is attached.
