We inform you about upcoming changes regarding VISA international bank card products.

In accordance with the decision of the Bank's Finance Committee, the following updates come into force on November 17, 2025:
1. Reduction of the cost of opening international VISA cards:
• VISA Classic — from 30 000 to 20,000 UZS;
• VISA Gold — from 50 000 to 30,000 UZS;
• VISA Platinum — from 100 000 to 50,000 UZS;

2. Reduction of the non-reducible balance on the VISA Platinum card
- from 100 USD to 10 USD.

3. Change in the tariff for the service "Request for Dispute over Transactions" (Dispute)
- from 10 USD to 20 USD, in accordance with the updated requirements and tariffs of international payment systems.

4. Launch of the "Student Card + VISA Classic" promotion

- The promotion is valid from November 17, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
