Dear Clients, recently, there has been an increase in cases of fraud in which criminals pose as bank employees, offer loans on favorable terms, and ask customers to transfer money as a “commission,” “insurance,” or “advance payment.”

Please remember: bank employees never require upfront payment for issuing a loan and never ask for card details, passwords, or SMS codes.

Stay vigilant and do not fall for such scams. If you receive a suspicious call or message, immediately end the communication and report the incident to the bank.
