The “START 2026” tariff is designed for convenient and cost-effective business servicing during the holiday period and at the beginning of the new financial year.

Under the tariff, APEX BANK clients receive free access to key banking services during the first three months, including:

- opening and maintenance of a settlement account — free of charge for 3 (three) months;
- commission on debit turnovers — 0% for 3 (three) months;
- connection to the “Bank-Client” system (RBS) — free of charge;
- connection to the ApexBusiness mobile application — free of charge;
- issuance of corporate cards — free of charge (1 card) for 3 (three) months.


Upon expiration of the tariff period, the client is automatically transferred to the STANDART tariff or may choose any other active tariff of the bank.

The “START 2026” tariff also provides favorable conditions for foreign currency operations, cash services, and other banking services.
All operations are carried out quickly and securely, and commissions are transparent and known to the client in advance.

Period for connecting to the New Year tariff:
from December 22, 2025 to January 14, 2026 inclusive
